Responsibilities
We are responsible for the organization of the tours mentioned in this brochure. Our company is fully insured. We are insured through an international insurance company, Ageas Seguros, in respect of all insurances required by law in the Portuguese Republic. All our clients will be fully covered during the tours we organize. This company will not be responsible for any loss or damages that are not directly connected to or caused by our services. We are not responsible for any items left inside our vehicles. It is the client’s responsibility to meet at the meeting points at the time agreed with the tour guide or tour driver. If you fail to do so, you will be left behind, and the tour will continue as scheduled. Clients undertake to carry with them all necessary documentation (i.e., passports, visas, etc.) that allow them to move freely both in Portugal and abroad.
Preços
The prices given in this brochure include all current taxes required by law in Portugal.
Children
Children up to 3 years old travel free of charge, although a separate seat is not guaranteed. 50% of the adult fare is payable for children aged 4 to 10. The number of children may not exceed the number of adults in any one reservation.
Reservations
Reservations can be made every day, and at any time.
Cancellations
The company reserves the right to cancel any tour that is not viable due to an insufficient number of reservations.
Refunds
The client has the right to a 100% refund if the reservation is cancelled 24 hours before the start of the tour. Cancellation is subject to a small cancellation fee of EUR 5.00 to cover the costs of the services provided at the time the reservation was made.
Monuments, Museums and Meals
The cost of admission to view monuments or museums and meal costs are excluded from the price of the tour.
Changes
All tours and prices are subject to change without prior notice in cases where such change is due to circumstances beyond our control.
Complaints
Complaints will only be received if submitted to the agency that issued the ticket or voucher within a maximum period of 8 days after the date of the tour. According to European Community directives, complaints will only be valid if the suppliers involved (hotels, tour guides or local agents) confirm the veracity of the facts presented.
Disputes
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Albufeira.
